Anyone know where to get the elastic straps that are found in vintage cigarette cases?

I've recently started collecting vintage/antique cigarette cases but find that often the original elastics are missing or stretched out. It seems like a very basic elastic configuration. Anyone know if they are still manufactured or any advice on an alternative? Thanks!
