Guitar Game That Doesn’t Involve Skill At All
You may as well throw out those plastic guitars because this is a game where you will not need one at any time. You need no skills in the guitar, no hand eye coordination and no large spaces are needed at all. So what game is it?
Brutal Legend is the game that I am on about here and the game itself is based upon album art from classic rock with the main guy voiced by the funny Jack Black. By no means is this a game for the children, it comes with a 18 certificate plastered upon it however you do have an option to play without the swearing. This was done to get parents to buy it for their kids, without the swearing the game really isnt that bad, it would scare the kids more than make them violent people.
of course an 18 certificate isnt just about the swearing, there is a lot of violence in this game and however fun it may be, do not let your kids play it. There is actually a multiplayer aspect to this game and it is not what might pop into the head at first. It is more strategy based than the single player game as you have to spawn an army of followers that will help you fight the other team.
The weapons in the game include a gigantic battle axe and one of those awesome looking guitars that you see in classic rock. It is not really based on one of those Bass Guitars or Electric Guitars but is a combination of all things rock.
It is not just Jack Black that has been involved in this game other stars include Lita Ford, Tim Curry and the prince of darkness himself, Ozzy Osbourne. This game really does have a brilliant and gripping storyline that contains many funny moments.
