It's Hard To Dispute That The Guitar Is Extremely Cool
Among musical instruments, the age-old battle between the drum set and the guitar rages on. There's a primal feeling about bashing on a drum set but there's a more sublime satisfaction when learning to play any kind of guitar, acoustic or electric, really well. The question among men always is, when it comes to instruments; 'Is the guitar the coolest musical instrument of all?'
For most guys who don't have the musculoskeletal structure to carry around a complete twenty piece, hard-rocking heavy metal drum set on their backs, it's the guitar by a landslide. Certainly the instrument has done its part to make more men and boys try to learn to play it than anything else ever has ever gotten men and boys to attempt something. Besides, women really seem to dig men who can play a musical instrument and especially men who can appear to be masters of the guitar. In truth, most men never become that good but all of them believe that they can, so they have that going for them, fortunately.

There's just something about picking up a guitar, no matter if it's an acoustic or an electric, that helps people feel better about themselves and about the people around them, and that's a good thing in the end.
